The redevelopment will bring 465,000 sq ft of; new shops and brands, family friendly restaurants, a 10-screen multiplex Cineworld cinema, 63 bed Travelodge hotel, 142 new homes, improved public spaces, a new purpose-built library for the community, refurbished car parking spaces, investment will act as a catalyst for further growth for the whole town, new job opportunities for the local community.
